In order to export,
we must have healthy fish, as well as an excellent packing technique,
so that fish arrive safely at their destination, while assuring
competitive prices for clients.
Our technique includes the following:
1) 24 to 48 hours observation period.
2) Temperature control to guarantee fish endurance.
All of this is done before fish are exported.
Our biggest concern in terms of development and research is to create
techniques to control fish arrival and increase the amount of fish
per package. That allows PowerFish to stay competitive and provide
our clients with the best service.
